Skills

I feel that each and every one of use a unique individual set of skills that can be very valuable to employers, when the skills they offer fits the needs and ideals of that company.  I have many skills that serve me well and below are my top six.

 

*Interpersonal Communication

 I am an excellent listener and communicator who effectively convey information verbally and in writing. I am very aware that other people exist as well as their opinion, ideas, values and everyone has feeling. I have the ability to judge and engage in appropriate behavior and the ability to interact effectively with others. I am a very open communicator and I try to be upfront and honest with people and  I find when you share parts of your life to others, they are willing to share with you. I have found from personal experience that listing to others is one of the most important part of having strong and effective impersonal skills because everyone wants to feel valued and what they say matter's. When you take time to listen you are showing that you respect to them as a person and what that have to say.

 

*Team Work

I have been known by many as a team player and as an active participant in my groups who shares credits and opportunities. Teamwork is the ability to work effectively with others. I am person who cooperates well with others and I do this by developing interpersonal relationships with others. I feel I am a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. I work well under pressure in small group settings by making sure I put forth a contribution and assist my team member in meeting our deadlines. I have work well with others in groups in work place environments and in school, where I have to come together with my fellow students to complete projects a meet goals.

 

*Leadership

I feel I am a person who communicates thoughts and feelings to justify a position; that encourages and convince others; makes positive use of rules or values. I have the ability to have others believe in and trust in me because of  my competence and honesty. I also feel that I'm a goal driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches others to meet high performance standards. I think one of the most important traits in leadership is to listen to the dreams of other and show them how their dreams can be realized.

 

*Flexibility

I have the ability to modify behavior in order to reach goal. I flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects. I love to seek out opportunities to work with people who are different from me so I can learn how others think, which results in a better understand of the person and the development of  a common ground. I am responsive to change and am adaptable to numerous situations.

 

*Analytical Thinking and

*Creativity

             I believe that I have the ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. I feel that I am a very creative person and I apply the two of analytical thinking and creativity to solve problems. I use my imagination freely, by combining ideas or information in new ways; I can make connections between ideas that seem unrelated. Thanks to teachings from my mother I feel I am a highly analytical thinker who demonstrates a talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes. I find solutions to problems using your creativity, reasoning, and past experiences along with the available information and resource. I also feel I am an innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.

 

 

  Some of my personal values and skills are as followed:

 

·       Honesty/Integrity/Morality

I have a high values on what is right and wrong, and I believe that it is important to do on to others as you would want done to you.

 

·       Positive Attitude

I believe that it is important to have a positive attitude at all time because when you have sunny outlook on life, your positive energy can affect the other around you for the better.

 

·       Professionalism & Strong willingness to learn.

I avoid being negative because it gets you nowhere and can affect your level professionalism and concentration. I feel that in everything there is always more to learn, no matter how much you know.
